Skoda celebrated its best ever year in 2010, but the Czech firm has set itself the ambitious goal of doubling its sales by 2018. And to do this, the Geneva show will host the unveiling of a new concept car.
The as-yet unnamed concept sets out the firm’s new design language that will dictate the look of the next generation models of its current line-up, plus a Skoda version of VW’s Up! city car. According to Skoda, it “boasts clearly defined shapes and a great sense of detail.”
The concept will also feature Skoda’s new logo, which will feature on all of its cars by 2012. As well as its cars, the firm is promising that the design and layout of its showrooms are going to be substantially modernised, too.
Alongside its concept and regular range, Skoda will also unveiled the Fabia Monte Carlo special-edition which celebrates the firm’s 110th year of motorsport. For more details click here.
