Matte colors have been all the rage lately, and their popularity doesn't seem to be waning any time soon. Mazda has jumped on the trendy paint scheme bandwagon in France where it recently debuted its MX-5 Matte and Black Special Edition.
The core of the special edition is all cosmetic, with no engine or chassis changes installed. It'll make its world debut at the 21st annual Salon du Cabriolet Coupe, Coupe, & SUV in Paris, and an added bonus, gets crystals, gems, and rhinestones inside its cabin from French designer line LK by Laure Kczekotowska Paris.
Bottom line: this roadster looks good. But if it were our money, we'd leave out the bling-bling.
